SHIRLEY + SILK brand was established in 2001 Germany by a senior designer Shirley Schaefer and her husband Dr. Schaefer – the 5th generation of the successful global
industrial tycoons family in Germany.
SHIRLEY + SILK brand launched many promotion events, and organized their first grand fashion show in 2007 in the most exclusive luxury club who owned by the wealthy real estate developers Goldman, SHIRLEY + SILK fashion show has been successfully broadcasted by 2 of major TV channels, the show invited the top politicians, the aristocracy and Hollywood stars.
SHIRLEY + SILK brand started to rank to
the well-known designer brand in Germany.
Shirley Schaefer graduated from the world-famous PARSONS SCHOOL of Design in Fashion Design major, then received her Master’s degree of Brand Management in the prestigious MARANGONI SCHOOL Milano Italy. She speaks fluently 4 languages.
As the early generation of brand management genius, Shirley has more than 30 years of experience in design and global business fields. She was also one of the known fashion designer in her young age in Germany, in 2013 as one of the 100 legendary overseas Chinese, she accepted an exclusive interview by the „Legendary Overseas Chinese“ column of China Central Radio International, as well nominated on the cover page of the global magazine „TATLER“, she was interviewed by China national TV media CCTV Global News Channel as a Global Business Elite.
She was also the Guest Professor at the Peking University of China and China Centre Academy of Art when her brand history book „Brand Century“ was published. Over 20 years of experience as the representative of top global industry companies, it made her a
successful Businesswoman in fashion and high tech industry both fields.
